Grades 7 – 12 (Secondary)

New Students desiring to enroll in the Anchorage Christian Secondary Schools are required to have the following forms completed:

Jr-Sr High School Enrollment Form
Statement of Cooperation
Medical Information
Secondary General Policy
Records Request
Leader Recommendation

Additional services are available upon request. Please download the following forms as needed:

Bus Request
Music Request

The Leader Recommendation Form should be given to someone in a leadership position who knows your child. Once completed, the form should be sent to the attention of the Academic Dean at Anchorage Christian Schools.

All other forms should be returned to the Secondary Office along with the necessary fees.

New student enrollment forms must be accompanied by a copy of current shot records. A current physical will be required before school starts. Students participating in sports are required to have a physical dated within the current year.
