Grades 8 – 12 (Secondary)

Returning Students desiring to enroll in the Anchorage Christian 8th - 12th Grade are required to have the following forms completed:

Jr-Sr High School Re-Enrollment Form (multiple students may be listed)
Medical Information (one per student)
