Do you offer full time and part time care? What is the cost? Full time care is available for children in the Infant and Toddler classes. The fee is $720 per month with a $50 registration fee. Full time care is also available for children in our 2 year old potty-trained class. The fee is $650 per month with a $50 registration fee. Both part time and full time care is available for children in the 3 and 4 year old classes. Full time care is up to 10 hours per day 5 days per week, and the fee is $570 per month. Part time care is available for either 5 mornings per week (up to 5 hours per morning) or 3 full days per week (up to 10 hours per day). The fee for part time is $425.00 per month. A $50 registration fee is charged for all preschool students. Discounts are given if siblings are enrolled in any other program at ACS

What hours are you open? The infant, toddler, and 2 year old potty-trained classes are located at our Northern Lights facility, and the hours of operation are from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. We have classes for preschool age children, ages 3 – 5, at both our Northern Lights facility and at our DeBarr Road facility. The hours we are open at both locations for these age groups are 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

What is your class size and ratios? In the infant room, the ratio is 4 babies per caregiver with a group size of 8. For the toddlers, it is 5 toddlers per caregiver with a group size of 10. At age 19 months and in the 2 year old potty-trained class, the ratio is 6 children per caregiver with a group size of 12. The 3 and 4 year old classes have a group size of 20 with a ratio of 10 children per caregiver.

Do you offer meals? Yes! A morning and afternoon snack is served. We also serve a nutritious lunch. Menus are posted, and a copy is made available for parents. Baby food and formula for infants must be provided from home.
